How do I know valuations are genuine?
We do not inflate property prices, but use prices advised by a recognised independent company for valuation services utilising RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) employees. This report is available for each property via the relevant property details section on the website.

How much money do I need to get started?
This depends on the price of the property and how much of a deposit you want to put down. We can show you how to use the “gifted deposit” rather than you own money for a deposit although there are fewer and fewer lenders that welcome this. Some of our investors have used as little as £10k to get started in property investment
